Can I change my logo after buying?
Purchased logos are locked so your final files stay the same, and you can download them again anytime for free. To change one, order Logo Refinement and our designers edit it for you, or duplicate it as a new logo to edit yourself. A duplicate counts as a new logo and needs its own purchase.
Can a designer help edit my logo?
Yes. Choose “Logo Refinement” in the editor, describe the changes, then discuss the results on the task page until it's final. For a logo from scratch, choose Custom logo.

Syarat & Ketentuan
Berlaku sejak 3 November 2026. Dengan memakai logonius.com, Anda menyetujui syarat berikut.
1. Tentang Logonius
Logonius adalah layanan pembuat logo dan identitas merek yang dikelola oleh tim Logonius ("kami"). Layanan mencakup pembuat logo otomatis, katalog logo siap pakai karya desainer kami, Brand Kit, Logo Refinement, desain logo kustom, dan langganan Logonius Pro.
2. Akun
Anda bisa mendesain tanpa akun. Akun diperlukan untuk menyimpan logo, membayar, dan mengunduh file.
Anda masuk dengan kode yang dikirim ke email atau dengan akun Google, dan bertanggung jawab menjaga akses ke keduanya.
Satu akun untuk satu orang atau satu usaha. Kami dapat menangguhkan akun yang dipakai untuk penipuan, penyalahgunaan, atau melanggar syarat ini.
3. Mendesain dan membeli
Mendesain dan mengedit logo gratis. File pratinjau memakai watermark dan resolusi rendah.
File final terbuka setelah pembayaran dikonfirmasi oleh payment gateway.
Harga ditampilkan dalam Rupiah (dibayar lewat Midtrans) atau dolar AS (dibayar lewat Polar). Harga Rupiah sudah termasuk pajak yang berlaku. Untuk pembayaran dolar, Polar bertindak sebagai penjual tercatat (merchant of record) dan menghitung pajak penjualan sesuai negara Anda saat pembayaran. Layanan yang dikerjakan desainer (Logo Refinement dan desain kustom) selalu dibayar dalam Rupiah lewat Midtrans; kartu dari luar negeri diterima.
Hak penggunaan setiap pembelian diatur di halaman Lisensi Penggunaan Logo.
4. Langganan Logonius Pro
Langganan berjalan bulanan atau tahunan dan memberi kredit sesuai paket. Kredit tidak terpakai tidak dibawa ke periode berikutnya.
Langganan yang dibayar dalam dolar lewat Polar (kartu) diperpanjang otomatis sampai Anda membatalkannya di portal pelanggan Polar. Langganan yang dibayar dalam Rupiah lewat Midtrans (QRIS, VA, e-wallet, kartu) adalah paket prabayar tanpa tagihan otomatis: kami mengirim pengingat 7 hari dan 1 hari sebelum masa aktif berakhir, dan Anda bisa memperpanjang kapan saja tanpa kehilangan sisa masa aktif.
Anda dapat berhenti berlangganan kapan saja (paket prabayar cukup tidak diperpanjang). Akses tetap aktif sampai akhir periode yang sudah dibayar.
Logo yang sudah diunduh dengan kredit tetap menjadi milik Anda setelah langganan berakhir.
5. Desain kustom dan Logo Refinement
Pekerjaan dimulai setelah pembayaran dan brief diterima.
Jumlah revisi dan waktu pengerjaan mengikuti paket yang dipilih. Revisi diminta lewat halaman Tugas. Pekerjaan selesai ketika Anda menyetujui hasil, dan file final bisa diunduh dari pesan hasil terakhir.
Desainer kami bekerja dengan perjanjian kerahasiaan dan hanya melihat data yang diperlukan untuk tugas tersebut.
Anda menjamin bahwa materi yang Anda kirim (teks, gambar, logo lama) boleh Anda pakai dan tidak melanggar hak pihak lain.
6. Larangan
Anda tidak boleh: menjual ulang logo dari katalog sebagai logo stok, memakai logo untuk kegiatan melanggar hukum, mengakali watermark atau sistem pembayaran, mengambil isi situs atau pratinjau simbol secara otomatis (scraping), atau mencoba menembus keamanan layanan. Akses yang tidak wajar dapat kami batasi atau blokir.
7. Merek dagang
Kami tidak menjamin logo dapat didaftarkan sebagai merek di DJKI atau negara lain. Lakukan penelusuran merek sebelum mendaftar. Pendaftaran merek hanya disarankan untuk logo eksklusif atau desain kustom.
8. Batas tanggung jawab
Layanan disediakan sebagaimana adanya. Tanggung jawab kami atas kerugian apa pun paling besar sejumlah yang Anda bayar untuk pembelian terkait dalam 12 bulan terakhir.
9. Perubahan syarat
Kami dapat mengubah syarat ini. Perubahan penting diberitahukan lewat email atau di situs paling lambat 14 hari sebelum berlaku.
10. Hukum dan sengketa
Syarat ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia. Sengketa diselesaikan secara musyawarah terlebih dahulu, lalu melalui pengadilan negeri di Semarang.
Tentang keunikan logo. Logo dari pembuat logo otomatis memakai simbol yang disusun sistem, sedangkan logo siap pakai adalah karya desainer kami yang ditawarkan kepada banyak pembeli. Keduanya (termasuk yang dibeli eksklusif) tidak dijamin sepenuhnya unik dan bisa saja mirip dengan logo lain di luar Logonius. Pembelian eksklusif hanya menjamin simbol itu tidak dijual lagi oleh Logonius. Untuk logo yang dirancang dari nol khusus untuk usaha Anda, pilih Logo kustom.
1. Lisensi biasa (generator dan siap pakai)
Anda mendapat lisensi non-eksklusif, berlaku selamanya, di seluruh dunia untuk memakai logo sebagai identitas usaha Anda: kemasan, media sosial, website, papan nama, merchandise, dan iklan.
Satu pembelian berlaku untuk satu usaha atau satu merek.
Simbol yang sama dapat dibeli orang lain. Karena itu, logo dengan lisensi biasa sebaiknya tidak didaftarkan sebagai merek.
Anda tidak boleh menjual atau membagikan file logo sebagai logo stok, template, atau aset desain.
2. Lisensi eksklusif (logo siap pakai)
Hanya tersedia untuk simbol yang belum pernah terjual.
Setelah pembayaran dikonfirmasi, simbol ditarik dari katalog dan tidak dijual lagi.
Hak ekonomi atas simbol berpindah kepada Anda, sehingga Anda dapat mendaftarkannya sebagai merek.
Kami tetap boleh menampilkan logo di portofolio, kecuali Anda meminta tidak lewat [email protected].
3. Desain kustom
Setelah pelunasan dan file final diterima, hak ekonomi atas desain final berpindah kepada Anda. Konsep yang tidak dipilih tetap milik kami.
4. Logo Refinement
Hasil penyempurnaan mengikuti lisensi logo asalnya. Penyempurnaan atas logo lisensi biasa tidak membuatnya eksklusif.
5. Font dan aset pihak ketiga
Font di logo memakai lisensi dari pembuatnya (sebagian besar Google Fonts, bebas dipakai komersial). Mockup di Brand Kit hanya untuk presentasi dan tidak boleh dijual kembali.

Cara mengajukan
Klik Ajukan refund di Pengaturan → Tagihan, atau kirim email ke [email protected] dengan nomor faktur dan alasan singkat.
Refund Logo Premium, Brand Kit, dan lisensi eksklusif yang memenuhi syarat di atas diproses otomatis. Permintaan lain (termasuk Logo Refinement, desain kustom, dan Pro) diperiksa admin dan dijawab paling lambat 3 hari kerja.
Refund yang disetujui dikembalikan ke metode pembayaran asal. Untuk pembayaran lewat transfer bank (Virtual Account), atau bila refund otomatis tidak tersedia untuk metode pembayaran Anda, kami meminta nomor rekening Anda untuk mengembalikan dana. Waktu masuknya dana mengikuti bank atau penyedia pembayaran, biasanya 3–14 hari kerja.
Untuk pembayaran dolar lewat Polar, refund diproses melalui Polar ke kartu yang dipakai.
Mengunduh file final (termasuk file hasil dari desainer) menutup hak refund untuk pesanan tersebut. Sebelum unduhan pertama, kami menampilkan pemberitahuan.
Setelah refund, lisensi atas logo terkait berakhir dan file tidak boleh dipakai lagi.
Kebijakan Privasi
Berlaku sejak 3 November 2026. Kebijakan ini menjelaskan data apa yang kami kumpulkan dan bagaimana kami memakainya, sesuai UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi.

3. Desainer dan tim
Desainer yang mengerjakan desain kustom atau Logo Refinement melihat brief, nama usaha, logo, file, dan pesan Anda di tugas tersebut, tetapi tidak melihat email, data pembayaran, atau tugas lain. Admin Logonius memakai verifikasi dua langkah.
4. Email
Email pembayaran dan hasil desain dikirim sesuai pengaturan notifikasi Anda (Pengaturan → Preferensi), dalam bahasa yang Anda pilih. Notifikasi di dalam aplikasi tetap tampil. Kabar dan promo hanya dikirim bila Anda berlangganan, dan bisa dihentikan lewat tautan di setiap email.
5. Cookie
Kami tidak memakai cookie iklan atau pelacak pihak ketiga. Kami memakai penyimpanan browser yang diperlukan untuk login, menyimpan desain yang belum Anda simpan ke akun, dan pengaturan (bahasa, tema). Untuk keamanan, kami mencatat error teknis di browser dan akses yang melebihi batas wajar; alamat IP dalam catatan ini disamarkan.
6. Lama penyimpanan
Data akun dan desain disimpan selama akun aktif. Data transaksi disimpan sesuai kewajiban pencatatan pajak, umumnya 10 tahun. Catatan error dan keamanan dihapus otomatis setelah 90 hari, dan salinan cadangan database setelah 30 hari.
7. Hak Anda
Anda dapat meminta salinan, perbaikan, atau penghapusan data Anda lewat [email protected]. Penghapusan akun tidak menghapus data transaksi yang wajib kami simpan.
8. Perubahan
Perubahan penting atas kebijakan ini diberitahukan lewat email atau di situs.

1. About Logonius
Logonius is a logo and brand identity service run by the Logonius team ("we"). The service includes an automatic logo maker, a catalog of ready-made logos by our designers, Brand Kit, Logo Refinement, custom logo design, and the Logonius Pro subscription.
2. Account
You can design without an account. An account is needed to save logos, pay, and download files.
You sign in with a code sent to your email or with your Google account, and you are responsible for keeping access to both secure.
One account per person or business. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or in breach of these terms.
3. Designing and buying
Designing and editing logos is free. Preview files carry a watermark and are low resolution.
Final files unlock once the payment gateway confirms your payment.
Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah (paid via Midtrans) or US dollars (paid via Polar). Rupiah prices include applicable taxes. For dollar payments, Polar acts as the merchant of record and calculates sales tax for your country at checkout. Services performed by our designers (Logo Refinement and custom design) are always paid in rupiah through Midtrans; international cards are accepted.
Usage rights for each purchase are set out in the Logo License page.
4. Logonius Pro subscription
Subscriptions run monthly or yearly and include credits according to the plan. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
Subscriptions paid in US dollars through Polar (card) renew automatically until you cancel in the Polar customer portal. Subscriptions paid in rupiah through Midtrans (QRIS, virtual account, e-wallet, card) are prepaid with no automatic charges: we send reminders 7 days and 1 day before the plan ends, and you can renew anytime without losing remaining time.
You can cancel at any time (a prepaid plan simply isn't renewed). Access stays active until the end of the paid period.
Logos downloaded with credits remain yours after the subscription ends.
5. Custom design and Logo Refinement
Work starts once payment and the brief are received.
The number of revisions and turnaround time follow the chosen package. Revisions are requested on the Tasks page. The work is complete when you approve the result, and final files can be downloaded from the latest result message.
Our designers work under a confidentiality agreement and only see the data needed for the task.
You confirm that any material you send (text, images, existing logos) is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Prohibited use
You may not: resell catalog logos as stock logos, use logos for unlawful activities, bypass watermarks or the payment system, automatically collect site content or symbol previews (scraping), or attempt to break the security of the service. We may limit or block unusual access.
7. Trademarks
We do not guarantee that a logo can be registered as a trademark in Indonesia (DJKI) or any other country. Run a trademark search before registering. Registration is only recommended for exclusive logos or custom designs.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. Our liability for any loss is limited to the amount you paid for the related purchase in the last 12 months.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced by email or on the site at least 14 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled amicably, then through the district court of Semarang.
About uniqueness. Logo maker logos use symbols assembled by the system, while ready-made logos are original work by our designers offered to many buyers. Neither (including exclusive purchases) is guaranteed to be fully unique, and they may look similar to other logos outside Logonius. An exclusive purchase only guarantees that Logonius will not sell that symbol again. For a logo designed from scratch for your business, choose Custom logo.
1. Standard license (logo maker and ready-made)
You get a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the logo as your business identity: packaging, social media, website, signage, merchandise, and advertising.
One purchase covers one business or one brand.
The same symbol can be bought by others, so logos under a standard license should not be registered as trademarks.
You may not sell or share the logo files as stock logos, templates, or design assets.
2. Exclusive license (ready-made logos)
Only available for symbols that have never been sold.
Once payment is confirmed, the symbol is removed from the catalog and not sold again.
Economic rights to the symbol transfer to you, so you can register it as a trademark.
We may still show the logo in our portfolio unless you ask us not to at [email protected].
3. Custom design
After full payment and delivery of the final files, economic rights to the final design transfer to you. Concepts you did not choose remain ours.
4. Logo Refinement
The refined result follows the license of the original logo. Refining a standard-license logo does not make it exclusive.
5. Fonts and third-party assets
Fonts in your logo are licensed by their creators (mostly Google Fonts, free for commercial use). Brand Kit mockups are for presentation only and may not be resold.

How to request
Click Request refund in Settings → Billing, or email [email protected] with your invoice number and a short reason.
Eligible refunds for Premium Logo, Brand Kit, and exclusive licenses are processed automatically. Other requests (including Logo Refinement, custom design, and Pro) are reviewed by an admin and answered within 3 business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. For bank transfer (virtual account) payments, or when an automatic refund isn't available for your payment method, we ask for your bank account number to return the money. Timing depends on the bank or payment provider, usually 3–14 business days.
For dollar payments through Polar, refunds are processed through Polar to the card you used.
Downloading the final files (including files delivered by a designer) ends the refund window for that order. We show a notice before the first download.
After a refund, the license for the related logo ends and the files may no longer be used.
Privacy Policy
Effective November 3, 2026. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

We do not store card numbers. Card data is processed directly by Midtrans or Polar.
Some of these providers store data outside Indonesia. We only use providers with adequate security standards.
3. Designers and team
Designers working on a custom design or Logo Refinement see the brief, business name, logo, files, and messages in that task, but not your email, payment data, or other tasks. Logonius admins use two-step verification.
4. Email
Payment and design result emails are sent according to your notification settings (Settings → Preferences), in the language you choose. In-app notifications always appear. News and promotions are only sent if you subscribe, and you can stop them via the link in every email.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. We use the browser storage needed for signing in, keeping designs you have not yet saved to your account, and preferences (language, theme). For security, we log technical errors in the browser and access that exceeds normal limits; IP addresses in these logs are masked.
6. Retention
Account and design data are kept while your account is active. Transaction data is kept as required for tax records, generally 10 years. Error and security logs are deleted automatically after 90 days, and database backups after 30 days.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at [email protected]. Deleting your account does not delete transaction data we are required to keep.
8. Changes
Material changes to this policy are announced by email or on the site.
